How long has TutorCAD been in business?
TutorCAD was established in 1994 by a unique partnership of CAD professionals.

How do I decide on the correct course?
At TutorCAD we always believe we can recommend the most cost effective training that is right for you. We start by discussing what your exact design objectives are and then advise on the level of training you need to achieve this and which course would be suitable. What is the course time-table?
The normal time-table for scheduled courses is a start time of 09:30am and finish time of 16:30pm. However, these times can be altered to suit for Private or On-Site courses. See also our available course types.

What is included in the course?
All TutorCAD courses will include a course manual and certificate for each trainee. The course manuals issued will act as a useful reference to remind the trainee what was demonstrated during the course. For courses held at TutorCAD's training centre, notepads, pens, full refreshments and buffet lunch will also be included. On course completion, we request that an evaluation form is filled in to give us feedback on your course experience. See also our available course types.

Should I bring anything for the course?
TutorCAD will supply everything you need for the training course. Since we restrict the class size to only six people maximum, we encourage delegates to bring their own typical drawings to discuss during the course.

Is there any support after training?
At many training organisations, you finish your course and are left to fend for yourself.... but not at TutorCAD. All our standard courses include unique telephone and email support for 30-days after your course completion. An annual support contact can then be purchased if required.

What are the payment options?
Payment can be made by either cheque (personal or company) or by bank transfer. Companies or individuals who have not previously used TutorCAD, will need to provide full payment in advance of the course start date. Subsequent business will be given a 30-day payment account. Can I alter a confirmed course booking?
As a general rule, once a confirmed booking has been made TutorCAD reserve the right to charge up to the full cost of the course for cancellations or change of dates at short notice. Minor changes, for example, a substitute trainee are acceptable. See our full terms and conditions.

Are there any discounts?
For more than one person attending the same scheduled public course from the same organisation, we give a 10% discount
